Ellune Aesthetics Pty Ltd (ABN 91 699 682 338) ("Ellüne", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide when booking or enquiring (name, email, phone).
• Health and treatment information you provide in consultation and intake forms, needed to assess suitability and treat you safely. This is sensitive information and is collected only with your consent.
• Photographs of treatment areas, taken only with your written consent, for your clinical record and, only with separate explicit consent, for before-and-after use.
• Basic, privacy-conscious website analytics (pages visited, general location, device type). We do not sell data or use it for third-party advertising profiles.

How we use it

• To assess suitability, plan and provide treatments safely.
• To manage bookings, deposits, payments, reminders and aftercare follow-up.
• To meet our legal, insurance and infection-control record-keeping obligations.

Bookings and payments

Bookings are processed by BookNova and payments by its payment provider. Your booking details are handled under their privacy terms as well as ours. We do not store full card numbers.

Storage and security

Records are stored securely with access limited to your practitioner. Client photographs are never published without your separate written consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time for future use.

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time by emailing hello@elluneaesthetics.com.au. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
