Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking and is credited in full towards your treatment on the day. Appointment times are held exclusively for you.

Cancellations and rescheduling

  • More than 48 hours' notice: reschedule or cancel with your deposit transferred or refunded in full.
  • Less than 48 hours' notice: your deposit may be retained, as the appointment time usually cannot be refilled.
  • No-show: the deposit is retained, and future bookings may require full prepayment.

We understand life happens. If something genuinely unavoidable comes up, talk to us and we will be fair.

Late arrival

Please arrive on time; your appointment includes unhurried consultation and treatment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule, and the deposit policy above applies.

Refunds

We provide services with due care and skill in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Deposits and payments are not refundable simply for change of mind, and because results build gradually across a plan, a single session not producing a final result is not grounds for a refund. If you believe a service has not been delivered as promised, contact us at hello@elluneaesthetics.com.au and we will work to put it right. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prepaid plans

If you prepay a treatment plan and need fewer sessions than expected, unused credit can be applied to other Ellüne services or gift credit. Prepaid plan credit is valid for 12 months.

Treatment suitability

All bookings are subject to in-person assessment. If we assess at consultation that treatment is not suitable for you, your deposit is refunded in full, less any consultation-only fee that was disclosed at booking.
