Booking policies

Consultation fee and deposits

• Consultation: $150, paid in full when you book. It is redeemed in full against your treatment.
• Treatment deposit: $100, credited in full towards your treatment on the day.
• If treatment does not go ahead because we assess that it is not suitable for you, the $150 consultation fee applies and covers your assessment. Where a $100 deposit was paid, it is credited against the $150, leaving $50 payable on the day.

These amounts are shown here and on our pricing page before you book, and they are repeated in your booking confirmation. Appointment times are held exclusively for you.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• More than 48 hours' notice: reschedule or cancel, and your consultation payment or deposit carries over in full.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: the payment is forfeited, as the appointment time usually cannot be refilled.
• No-show: the payment is forfeited, and future bookings may require full prepayment.
• If we need to cancel: you receive a full refund and priority on the next available appointment.

Online bookings are taken at least 48 hours ahead, so you are never inside the cancellation window at the moment you pay. We understand life happens. If something genuinely unavoidable comes up, talk to us and we will be fair.

Late arrival

Please arrive on time; your appointment includes unhurried consultation and treatment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule, and the policy above applies.

Refunds

We provide services with due care and skill in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Payments are not refundable simply for change of mind, and because results build gradually across a plan, a single session not producing a final result is not grounds for a refund. If you believe a service has not been delivered as promised, contact us at hello@elluneaesthetics.com.au and we will work to put it right. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prepaid plans

If you prepay a treatment plan and need fewer sessions than expected, unused credit can be applied to other Ellüne services or gift credit. Prepaid plan credit is valid for 12 months.

Treatment suitability

All bookings are subject to in-person assessment. Treatment is never carried out on the day unless we are both satisfied it is right for you.
