What you pay, and when
- $150 consultation, payable at your appointment. It is redeemed in full against your treatment, so it is the first $150 of the work, not an added fee.
- $100 deposit to secure a treatment appointment. We arrange it with you when we confirm your booking, and it is credited to your treatment on the day.
- Treatments from $250, up to around $1,500 for large or complex areas. Starting prices are on our pricing page, and your exact price is confirmed after your in-person assessment.
- If treatment is not suitable for you, the $150 covers your assessment and honest advice. Where a $100 deposit was paid, it is credited against the $150, leaving $50 payable on the day.
Booking online does not take a card payment. Payment is made in the studio, so nothing is charged until we have seen you.
Before you book
- Please allow up to two hours for your first visit, so your consultation and first treatment are never rushed.
- Bookings are taken at least 48 hours ahead, which matches our cancellation window.
- Give us 48 hours' notice to move or cancel and your payment carries over in full. See our booking and cancellation policies.
- Most areas need a plan of several sessions, spaced about six weeks apart. You can book each session as you go.
- If you are unsure whether treatment suits you, book anyway; the consultation is exactly where we work that out, honestly.
Results vary. Suitability depends on skin type, scar type, scar age, treatment area, lifestyle factors and aftercare. Multiple sessions may be required.
